Mr Chapple will, after appropriate investigation and full discussion with the patient, work out an agreed management plan.

This may involve physiotherapy, chiropractic or osteopathic referral. Occasionally there may need to be a referral to a consultant colleague within a different specialty for example pain management, neurology, rheumatology.

Mr Chapple works closely with other consultants both privately and within the NHS.

Mr Chapple may offer pain relief in the form of medication or injection therapy.
