Complaints

Mr Chapple takes any complaint very seriously and has a complaints policy.

He will respond to any compliant promptly and openly and in a constructive and honest way. He will arrange a meeting with patients and relatives if required.

Mr Chapple will not allow a patient's complaint to affect adversely the care or treatment he provides or arranges.

New Hall Hospital and Salisbury Hospital NHS Trust both have written complaints policies.
